The Building Division requires the following staff:-
Project Managers x 3
Band 5 - Approx Salary Range 15,000 – 30,000 AED per month & benefits
The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil engineering with excellent communication skills. You must have a minimum of 10 – 15 years experience in major Civil Engineering projects ( Commercial & Residential). You must have the capability to handle residential and commercial projects independently from commencement to handover. You must be strong in Planning, Scheduling, resource mobilization, liaison with clients, consultants and sub contractors, self motivated, able to manage site staff for efficient running and function of the project.
Middle East experience and driving license will be advantageous.
Site Constructions Manager x 1
Band 6 – Approx Salary Range 8,000 – 15,000 AED per month & benefits
The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering with excellent communication skills and a minimum of 10-12 years experience. You must be able to co-ordinate with site personal and effective with the companies use of resources of labour, plant, scaffolding etc to maximize usage and minimize external hire. Capable in planning, scheduling, resource mobilization, liason with subcontractors, consultants and able to manage site staff for efficient running and timely completion of projects. You will be report to the project manager.
Middle East experience and driving license will be advantageous.
Project Engineers x 5
Band 6 - Approx Salary Range 8,000 – 15,000 AED per month & benefits
The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil engineering with excellent communication skills and a minimum of 10 years experience in major Civil Engineering projects. Capable to conduct site supervision, self motivated, manage site staff and ensure smooth work at the project in all respects.
Middle East experience and driving license will be advantageous.
Assistant Planning Engineer x 1
Band J1 – Approx Salary Range 4,000 – 8,000 AED per month & benefits
The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years post graduate experience in general contracting. You will assist the Planning Engineer in co-ordinting the planning department with regards to assisting in delay claims, preparations and gaining of approval of all contract programmes, preparation and updating of resources histograms, preparations of internal and external progress reports.
Middle East experience and driving license will be advantageous.
Site Engineers x 10
Band J1 - Approx Salary Range 4,000 – 8,000 AED per month & benefits
The successful candidate will have a degree / diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 – 10 years experience in building construction field. You will be capable of conducting site supervision and ensuring smooth day to day works at the project.
Middle East experience and driving license will be advantageous.
General Foremen x 10
Band J1 - Approx Salary Range 4,000 – 8,000 AED per month & benefits
You will have a relevant diploma or between 5 – 10 years experience in building construction. You will be capable of conducting site supervision and handling the project work force efficiently.

Foremen x 11
Band J2 - Approx Salary Range 2,000 – 4,000 AED per month & benefits
You will have between 5 – 10 years experience in building construction. You will be capable of assisting the general foreman in conducting site supervision and handling the project work force efficiently.

AutoCAD Draughtsman x 4
Band J1 - Approx Salary Range 4,000 – 8,000 AED per month & benefits
The successful candidate will have a diploma with AutoCAD and a minimum of 3-5 years experience in building construction. You will have thorough knowledge of architectural, Structural as well as built drawings.
Middle East experience and driving license will be advantageous.
Project Co-coordinator x 1
Band
The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil engineering / Architecture with 10 years experience in construction projects. You will be responsible for the co-ordination of Mechanical / Structural / architectural drawings. You will have good communication skills and the ability to work independently and liaise with sub-contractors, Consultants and Client.
QA/QC Engineer x 6
Band J1 - Approx Salary Range 4,000 – 8,000 AED per month & benefits
The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience in the field of construction. You will have experience in the implementation and monitoring of project quality systems as per ISO 9001:2000
Land Surveyors x 4
Band J2 - Approx Salary Range 2,000 – 4,000 AED per month & benefits
The successful candidate will hold a diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 – 10 years experience in the building construction field and should have a thorough knowledge to use total station, level instruments & theodolite.
HSE Engineers x 5
Band J1 - Approx Salary Range 4,000 – 8,000 AED per month & benefits
The successful candidate will have a degree / diploma in Civil Engineering with a diploma in industrial safety / NEBOSH. You will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in building construction sites with good communication skills and proficiency in computers.
Middle East experience and UAE Ministry of labour approval will be an added advantage
HSE Officers x 3
Band J2 - Approx Salary Range 2,000 – 4,000 AED per month & benefits
The successful candidate will have a degree in any science discipline with a diploma in industrial safety / NEBOSH with a minum of 5-7 years experience in building construction sites. You will have good communication skills and proficiency in computers.
Middle East experience and UAE Ministry of labour approval will be an added advantage
Safety Inspectors x 11
Band J3 - Approx Salary Range 1,000 – 2,000 AED per month & benefits
The successful candidate will be a graduate / Undergraduate with diploma in industrial safety. You should have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in building construction sites with good communication skills.
Middle East experience will be advantageous.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
